Dear,
Its always suggestable to move the CODING MASK through transport request.Because you can see the same data in all the clients and helps every user and consultant to have consistency in the configuration data.
Not only coding mask any configuration change needs to be transported through request and test in test and quality system and then move to PRODUCTION system.This helps to replicate same scenario in all clients if you have same configuration data across all clients.

You need to check the AuC created for this WBS element, it seems there is some data missing, thats why system is not allowing to close it.
Now you need to find the AuC and try to find out what is missing.

Its usually because the costs cannot be found by the system due to the
settings in your DIP profile.

Sorry, 1791913 is not a KBA (knowledge based article) its an OSS corrective note.
The two errors messages you are seeing are CJ824 AY109 ?
AY109 comes if the AuC still has values against it.
Any values must be cleared before you can close the WBS element.
If you do a FUL settlement against the WBS element it should clear them
then you can close the WBS
Two common ways of doing this are ..
1. Post a manual retirement of the AuC to clear it.
2. Create a new AuC and use it for all the differences in the final settlement.
Message CJ824
The message indicates a problem processing the AuC.

Thanks for all the help. But none of them could resolve the issue.
I will explain more detail about my issue.
I was trying to create a material component via cj20N.
The procurement parameter is set as PR it seems so a PR and Reservation is created in one step itself.
But when i do below steps it doesn't determine batch.(check attachment)
My consultant says its because the GR date is greater than the required date specified.
My doubts
1.can two different dates be retained for PR and Reservation even though both are created at once?
2.is there any relation between GR date and this batch determination not working?
