Can you please check whether the correction instruction mentioned by SAP is already available in your system ? Since the note is about some modification, so i doubt whether this note is applied to your system.
Else you can also raise a OSS note to SAP relevant to this

Just now i replicated the scenario using User Status
1. OK02
DEAV Status with AVAC forbidden in business transaction
2. Assigned the Status Profile to Project Profile in OPSA
3. Budget Profile is defaulted to Project Profile
4. Budget Profile is Total Value / AVAC Activation is 1 with Overall value. (Hopefully any config should work if AVAC is 1)
5. Project Created having 2nd and 3rd WBS element (No AVAC)
6. Allocating Budget activated AVAC at all WBS element
7. Adding service to 3rd WBS element is working and able to add cost
Only thing i notice is the WBS element should have Budget, then it will work

Hello SAP folks,
We have encountered problems related to movt allowed indicator. the problem is when we do BOM transfer and then release the network/activity, for some components we find the movt allowed indicator is unticked , though the reservation can be seen and no further goods movement is possible due to this. Whereas for the other components through same BOM this problem is not there. Does this setting of Movt allowed indicator come from material master or by some other setting. How can goods movement be made possible for these, as customer requires to do goods issue for the reservation.
PS: I checked reservation settings from Transaction OMBN, but there also no such setting is maintained.

Hi,
How to post goods issue to production order using ProMan.
Production order is created for making inhouse assembly. Assembly material BOM contents Raw material . This Raw material is procured and in CNMM (ProMan) it is appearing in Project stock.
However when material is being issued to production order/reservation, the "Post goods issue (field)" appears in gray color. Hence not able to Post goods issue to production order.
Would like to know the process of goods issue in ProMan.

Please have a look in the IMG for Investment Management > Appropriation Requests > Master Data > Control Data.
You can exclude the whole tab second option: Specify tab layout...
You can also explore individual fields options with Define screen layout...

Did you ever find a way to set the default setting (display or edit) for CJ20N? It is interesting that your posts asks for a way to default all users to EDIT while I saw another post that ask to default all users to DISPLAY. So, it appears possible to set either default for all users. I want to set to DISPLAY, while retaining the ability for an individual user to change their default to EDIT. Thank you for any assistance.

During execution of settlement run in background whenever the message BP604 is correctly raised even once this message is repeated over and over again for a single WBS element. This occurs even though the WBS element is only maintained as a settlement receiver once.

We have created 14 plants & each plant have 3-4 profit centers for an Investment type Project.
There are 6 levels of WBS elements & network header is assigned to 6 th level WBS.
Now our requirement is-
1. Particular user belonging to particular plant should not be able to put profit center belonging to any other plant while creating network activity(external Processing service activity)
2. System should restrict & throw error message on this.
3. Is there any enhancement/EXIT which will give user's plant data when we create network header/activity? so that we can put validation for profit centers.
Need your precious inputs in this.

When using report RCNVG000 and trying to confirm the activities of a network sometimes I get this error message: "No suitable object was selected" even though the activities are selected and seem fine.
This happens sporadically with different users and networks and they all seem OK.

Thats the standard layout, i doubt you cannot change it.
This particularly comes when you activate the WBS Element (Allowed Measure) in Appr. Request type.
If you dont want the screen, then it is simple to remove in OITO, or you need to do enhancement for the same screen S0017

S_ALR_87012805 - Structure Display for Investment Program should show both IM structure and investment measures (like WBS).
